Cagley started Legacy Plus Insurance after spending over 17 years working for the family owned business, and 10 years with one other leading agency in California writing for Repossession and Towing Companies. He headed the Commercial Repossession and Tow market in both companies. After the company downsized, he dedicated himself to building a strong business where he could provide a special service to repossessors and tow risks nationwide.

Legacy was then given access to a number of A+ Rated Carriers that only few have access to, allowing him to provide very competitive rates and great coverage to his clients. Legacy has also worked out low finance rates with various Premium Finance Companies, which allows him to search, then pass on the low APR's for premium financing.
